anti-climb paint

A paint that remains slippery indefinitely (for at least a year), deterring intruders or vandals from climbing walls, drainpipes etc. The paint is also very difficult to remove from clothing. Anti-climb paint is a potential hazard so it is not recommended below height 2.4m and should be accompanied by warning signs.
