tree box filter

A root cage (also known as a tree box) and the tree it contains, considered as part of a sustainable urban drainage system. Run-off is directed to the root cage, which is then filtered by the ground vegetation (if any) and substrate before it soaks away or drains into an underlying drain to which many cages may be connected
