tree replacement notice
A notice issued by a planning authority to enforce a requirement to replace trees under section 207 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, for instance where a tree subject to a tree preservation order is felled or a tree in a conservation area is felled without giving the planning authority six weeks’ notice.
