green space benefits (economy)

Green space attracts inward investment, increases tourist numbers (hence tourists’ spending), generates employment and increases office occupancy rates. It increases land and property values, and the utilization of nearby brownfield sites. Suburban house prices are said to be up to 19% higher close to a park.
