Natural environment white paper
This white paper 'The natural choice: Securing the value of nature' (2011) was the government’s response to its commitments made at Nagoya and follows the Lawton report (2010). It proposes the establishment of nature improvement areas, encourages local nature partnerships and proposes biodiversity offsets.
